We only collect information that is relevant to responding to your enquiry and discussing a potential engagement with N Scheme.

If you complete the AI readiness check on our website, we collect your answers to its eight questions, your name, your company name and your email address. We use this information to work out and show you your result, to send your result to you by email, and to follow up with you about it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any of our emails or by contacting noor@nscheme.com. We keep readiness check information for up to 24 months, in the same way as information submitted through the contact form. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

If you request a free AI Opportunity Snapshot, we collect your name, work email address, company name, company website, industry and your consent. We use this information to research publicly available information about your company and industry, to prepare your Snapshot, to send it to you by email and to follow up with you about it. An AI model helps draft the Snapshot, and we review and approve every Snapshot before it is sent. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any of our emails or by contacting noor@nscheme.com. We keep Snapshot information for up to 24 months, in the same way as information submitted through the contact form. We do not sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

When a company engages N Scheme, for example for an AI Opportunity Audit, it shares business information with us, such as a list of its recurring workflows, team sizes, volumes and costs. We ask clients to share team-level figures and not to include personal data about individual employees or customers unless it is needed. We use this information only to deliver the agreed service. It is analysed with the help of our automation tools and an AI model, and a consultant reviews every finding. How engagement information is kept confidential, how long it is retained, and how it is returned or deleted is set out in our Master Services Agreement with that client. Where a client shares personal data with us, the client decides how it may be used and we act on its instructions.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you complete the readiness check, request a Snapshot or allow analytics cookies), to take steps you ask for before entering into an agreement, to perform an agreement with you or your company, and to meet our legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting noor@nscheme.com, and for cookies by using the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

Some of the service providers we use store or process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Webflow, Google, n8n, Microsoft, Anthropic, Tavily and Calendly. When personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we limit it to what is needed for the purpose described in this policy and rely on the contractual and security safeguards these providers offer.

We retain information submitted through the contact form for up to 24 months.

If no engagement follows your enquiry within this period, the personal data will be deleted, subject to any legal or regulatory requirement that requires us to retain it for longer.

We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to understand how visitors use our website and to help us understand website performance.

GA4 may collect information such as:

Pages viewed
Time spent on the website
Approximate location
Referral source
Conversions, such as a discovery call being booked or a contact form being submitted

Google Analytics does not collect your name, email address or other directly identifying information through our website.

Analytics cookies are only activated after you have actively chosen to allow analytics cookies through our cookie consent mechanism.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

We use third-party services to operate and analyse the website, including:

Webflow, which provides website hosting and form functionality
Google Analytics 4, which provides website analytics

Third-party services may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

Where third-party services process personal data on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place

We also use n8n, an automation tool, to process readiness check, Snapshot and client engagement information; Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic, to help draft Snapshots and audit findings; Tavily, a web search service, to research publicly available information about companies, industries and vendors; Microsoft Outlook to send emails; and Calendly to book discovery calls. We send these services only the information they need for that task.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

Be informed about how your personal data is collected and processed
Request access to personal data held about you
Request a copy of your personal data in a readable format
Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Request deletion or destruction of personal data where it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to applicable legal requirements
Submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority where applicable

These rights are subject to applicable laws and may not apply in every circumstance.

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law provides data subjects with rights including being informed, accessing their data, obtaining a readable copy, requesting correction or updating, and requesting destruction where the relevant conditions are met.
